Coach Caleb Harmond has a lifetime of experience on the diamond and a proven track record of championship-level success. A standout athlete from Temecula, California, Caleb's playing career spans elite collegiate programs and professional baseball in the Pecos League.

Caleb is a defensive specialist and an offensive powerhouse. His accolades inclue being a 2022 NCCAA National Champion and earning multiple Gold Glove awards at both the collegiate and professional levels, including a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage during his 2024 professional season. Offensively, he has maintained high-caliber production, notably posting a .362 batting average with 54 runs scored during his 2023 collegiate season.

Currently, Coach Caleb coaches the #1 ranked 12u travel ball team in California, where he has honed his ability to lead top-tier talent in the most competitive youth baseball market in the country. His coaching philosophy centers on:

Coach Caleb is relocating to Indiana to be with his family. While California's loss is Indiana's gain, he is eager to bring his "West Coast" intensity and elite player development strategies to a developing team. He is committed to fostering a positive, high-energy environment where local athletes can transform their game and compete at the highest levels.
